1 Definitions

In this document, "inakmega", "we" or "platform" refers to the entity operating the website inakmega.onl. "Player", "member" or "you" refers to the individual who registers or uses the services of this platform. "Services" covers all gaming products, promotions, customer support and other functions provided by inakmega.

"Wager" means any bet placed using real money or bonus credits in any game offered. 3 Account Use

An inakmega account is for the personal use of the account holder only. You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. inakmega recommends changing your password regularly and not sharing it with anyone.

Using an account that belongs to another person is prohibited. Any attempt to transfer, sell or operate another person's account will result in the closure of that account. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact inakmega customer service immediately.

inakmega reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, promotion abuse or any activity that violates these terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at inakmega are subject to the following limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Payment methods accepted by inakmega are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Players are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

inakmega reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or requests that exceed a certain amount. This is part of the platform's compliance and security procedures.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

inakmega offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The inakmega welcome bonus gives a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888.

For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Any attempt to abuse promotions — including multiple registrations, collusion or the use of unauthorised low-risk betting methods — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure. inakmega reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games offered by inakmega are operated according to their respective rules as displayed on the platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Any dispute relating to a game result must be submitted to customer service within 24 hours after the game ends. Disputes received after this period will not be considered.

inakmega uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game. Game outcomes are independent and are not manipulated by any party.

7 Responsible Gambling

8 Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting inakmega customer service. Prior to closure, all eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player once withdrawal requirements are met.

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Registration of multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the promotions system.
• Actions that compromise the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of closure due to a violation, inakmega reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out.

9 Limitation of Liability

inakmega is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes service disruptions caused by technical faults, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond our control.

This platform is provided "as is". inakmega makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. However, our technical team continually works to ensure a stable and secure playing experience.

Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions. inakmega does not accept any claims for damages relating to valid game outcomes.

10 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where inakmega holds its operating licence. inakmega operates under a valid international licence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
